regarding group size: ideal for up to 7, groups up to 12 have enjoyed a stay in the SnowGrotto House, though it�s been a squeesze.

THE FLOW OF THINGS
The SnowGrotto house is located on an old street, which runs uphill. At times the water flow in this part of town can be inconsistent, and you may find it drops periodically to an annoying pressure. We ask that you consider this prior to renting, and that you look upon it as a matter of quaint charm of living in the neighborhood.
The SnowGrotto Home is above the SnowGrotto Granny Apartment, a separate 2 bedroom rental. The tenants can here you walking above. Please keep this in mind and consider the appropriate courtesy.
