BONANZA FLATS
The Bonanza Flats Townhome Condominiums are located on the 1400 block of Park Ave in a private 6 unit complex. Bonanza Flats #1 is on quiet Woodside Street (east one street parallel to Park Ave), with views of the Park City Mtn. Resort.
Lower Main Street begins approx. 8th street,. 6 blocks up (south) from the Townhouse ( 2-3 minutes in a car)
DIRECTIONS From SLC International Airport to Bonanza Flats
Exit the airport to I-80 (east), as directed by airport signage.
Take I-80 East 35 minutes to the Park City exit.
At the Park City exit drive approx 6 miles south on Hwy. 224 (the 10th Mtn. Division Hwy.), into Park City.
As you near town you will see lights, bldgs., mountains etc. At this time Hwy. 224 becomes �Park Avenue.� But this is not clear by any signage.
Keep going on Park Avenue to the 1300 block where you will see a 7-11 convenience store on your left. On your right is 1300 Park Ave where you must turn right (away from the 7-11.) From here make your first left on to Woodside.
Go up Woodside approx. 1/2 a block. On your left you will pass the following:
First is a vacant lot on the corner
A gray colored condo complex
Another vacant lot
The BONANZA FLATS TOWNHOMES (Please note there is no sign stating the name)
You will see three brown garage doors on your left. The furthest (3rd) brown garage is Bonanza Flats, #1.
The steps to the front of the townhouse are just to the right side.
The front door is the first one on your left and the key box is next to the door

First, a little bus info...
....the bus picks up approx. 100 feet down (from the front of the complex on Park Ave., 1-2 minutes from the front door of the condo. Southbound buses go up Park Ave to Main St., Town Lift & Transit Center approx every 5 minutes. Stay on the bus to Deer Valley in an extra 7-10 minutes.
A bus north on Park Ave to Albertson�s supermarket could be expected every 5-10.
Bus info to the Canyons resort is not currently available. Most of the buses going this way make a quick circuit through the PC Mtn. Ski Area., by Albertsons.

SNOWGROTTO HOME
The Snowgrotto Home is located just past the upper end of Historic Main Street on a somewhat steep, quiet street called PROSPECT AVENUE*, with incredible views Main Street and the hills as far as the eye can see.
Main Street is approximately a 2.5 minute walk from the SnowGrotto.
*NOTE: Prospect Avenue is not found on some of the Park City quick maps, but we assure you it is there.
Directions from SLC International Airport to the SnowGrotto

Keep going on Park Avenue to the end where it connects to �Heber Ave.� At this location you will notice the Kimball Art Center on your left, and currently a Bad Ass Coffee on your right. You are now in the Old Town district.
At the end of Park Avenue turn left, and go 50 feet to the stop. Make a right hand turn on Main Street.
Go all the way up Main Street, past the business.
(As you are driving up Main Street look directly up the center of Main, all the way to where you can see the mountains of Deer Valley connect to the homes in Old Town. The highest roof you see before the hills begin is the burnt red pepper A-frame of the SnowGrotto. Wait till you see the view looking back!)
Once you have reached the top of Main Street, you will find yourself at the intersection of Main St., Daly, and Hillside.
Make a left on Hillside, (a very short street)
At the top of Hillside is another intersection. Look up the steep hill to your right. This is PROSPECT AVE.
Make a right on Prospect Ave. 5 houses up on your left is the SnowGrotto home.
Park in the upper driveway (not in front of the garage)
The key box is next to the door to your right.
