Located just below the Park City Mountain Resort Center, the Bonanza Flats Townhouse is a 1,700 sq.ft. townhouse condominium that feels more like home than condo. Bonanza Flats features 4-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and Hot Tub 25 feet from front door.
Upgraded with mountain ambience including a log-hearth fireplace on a base of slate from Africa�s congo. The kitchen, living, and dining area flow into each other making for very lively interaction between diners and chefs. Kitchen and entry feature Italian terra-ceramic tile, and a sitting bar, Berber carpet and large Teakwood dining table. The living area features an entertainment center, leather sofa, a queen sofa sleeper, and a gas burning fireplace.
